What you'll build

  • Microservices and integrations: Slack, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Linear, etc.
  • Infrastructure: CI/CD, monitoring, security, on-prem deployments
  • Compliance: SSO/SAML, RBAC, encryption, audit trails
  • AI operations: Task extraction, deduplication, knowledge Q&A, MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration for standardized model–tool interaction

You have

  • 5+ years backend/platform engineering
  • Production integrations experience
  • Distributed systems, CI/CD, observability
  • Bonus: EU compliance, Atlassian/MS ecosystems

You have

  • Operations/finance/compliance experience
  • EU regulations expertise (GDPR, data residency)
  • Process structuring and budget management
  • Startup or enterprise context background
  • Fluency in German (strong advantage for grants and enterprise processes)
